How the Custom Request Process Works

Choose the appropriate request form and tell us about the recipient, occasion, personalization, colors, theme, message, faith tradition if relevant, and anything else you’d like us to know.
2. We’ll Review Your Request
We’ll carefully review your information and contact you if we have questions or need additional details.
3. We’ll Confirm the Details
Before work begins, we’ll confirm what can be created along with pricing, expected completion time, and any other important details.
4. Your Gift Is Created With Care
Once everything is approved, we’ll begin creating or curating your personalized gift.

Custom pricing varies depending on the item, materials, personalization, and complexity of the request. Completion times may also vary, so please submit time-sensitive requests as early as possible.
Submitting a custom request does not require you to purchase. We will review your request first and confirm the details with you before moving forward.
Because each request is unique, we may not be able to accommodate every idea—but we will always let you know what is possible.
