Product photographs are intended to represent the style and character of our offerings. Curated boxes may contain reasonable substitutions when an item becomes unavailable. When substitutions are necessary, we will make reasonable efforts to preserve the overall purpose, quality, and character of the selected gift.

Orders & Payments

Orders are processed through our Shopify store and the payment methods made available at checkout.

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payment information is processed through Shopify and/or applicable payment providers in accordance with their respective security and privacy practices.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, product unavailability, pricing errors, inappropriate requests, or circumstances preventing fulfillment.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated and may change without prior notice.

Pricing may vary based on the product, collection, customization, personalization, materials, subscription, quantity, specialty request, or other selected options.

If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, Grace & Mercy Delivered reserves the right to correct the error. If an affected order has already been placed, we may contact the customer regarding available options before fulfillment.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom gift boxes, devotional pieces, rosaries, chaplets, keepsakes, parish or school gifting, bulk orders, and other special requests may require additional information, pricing, sourcing, or preparation.

Submitting a request form does not guarantee acceptance, availability, pricing, or fulfillment.

When applicable, we will review the request and communicate available options, pricing, timing, and next steps.

Customers are responsible for reviewing personalization details and providing accurate information. Custom and personalized products may be subject to additional restrictions regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Subscriptions

Grace & Mercy Delivered may offer different subscription experiences, including the Sacred Seasons Subscription and the Grace & Mercy Gifting Collection Subscription.

Subscription benefits, eligible products, delivery schedules, gift credits where applicable, pricing, and billing arrangements vary according to the subscription selected.

A payment schedule does not necessarily represent a shipping schedule. For example, a monthly payment option does not necessarily mean that a box will be delivered every month.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms, pricing, billing schedule, benefits, and fulfillment structure presented for that subscription at the time of purchase.

Subscription cancellations and recurring purchase arrangements are also subject to our Purchase Option Cancellation Policy and any terms presented during checkout.

Shipping & Delivery
