What is Grace & Mercy Delivered?

Grace & Mercy Delivered is a faith-centered gift brand offering thoughtfully curated gift boxes, devotional gifts, keepsakes, and meaningful offerings created to encourage prayer, celebrate life’s sacred and everyday moments, and bring beauty, comfort, and encouragement to those we love.

Our Catholic faith is at the heart of our brand, while many of our collections are also thoughtfully suited for Christian and inspirational gifting.

What kinds of gift boxes do you offer?

We offer gifts for sacramental milestones, birthdays and celebrations, new beginnings, friendship and family, love and marriage, retirement and legacy, care and healing, saint devotions, liturgical seasons, parish and school gifting, and many other meaningful occasions.

Custom gift options are also available for needs not represented in our current collections.

What is included in a Grace & Mercy Delivered gift box?

Contents vary by collection and occasion. Boxes may include thoughtfully selected devotional items, prayer cards, rosaries or chaplets, candles, journals, Scripture or inspirational pieces, keepsakes, and other meaningful gifts.

Each box is curated around the purpose and recipient of the gift, so exact contents may vary.

What is the difference between the Signature and Halo Collections?

Our Signature Collection offers a thoughtfully curated gifting experience featuring meaningful, faith-centered gifts and beautiful presentation.

Our Halo Collection offers an elevated gifting experience with enhanced selections, keepsakes, and presentation designed for especially meaningful occasions.

Subscriptions

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes. Grace & Mercy Delivered offers two distinct subscription experiences: the Sacred Seasons Subscription and the Grace & Mercy Gifting Collection Subscription.

Each offers a different way to bring meaningful, faith-filled gifting into the year.

What is the Sacred Seasons Subscription?

The Sacred Seasons Subscription follows the Catholic liturgical year and includes five core seasonal boxes:

Easter & Divine Mercy Box — March
Ordinary Time Devotional Box — May
Assumption / Marian Box — July
Advent & Christmas Box — November

Each box is thoughtfully curated to encourage prayer, reflection, and a deeper experience of the sacred season it represents.

What is the Grace & Mercy Gifting Collection Subscription?

The Grace & Mercy Gifting Collection Subscription is designed for meaningful gifting throughout the year.

Subscribers receive access to five eligible gift box credits during their subscription year, allowing them to choose gifts for different recipients and occasions as meaningful moments arise.

Do subscription members receive every Grace & Mercy Delivered box?

No. Subscription benefits depend on the subscription selected.

The Sacred Seasons Subscription includes its designated liturgical-season boxes. The Grace & Mercy Gifting Collection follows its own gift-credit structure.

Other products, custom gifts, limited editions, parish or bulk orders, premium upgrades, and specialty offerings may be sold separately or excluded from subscription redemption.

What payment options are available for subscriptions?

Several payment options are available depending on the subscription selected. Current plan names, pricing, payment schedules, and benefits are listed on the individual subscription pages.

Important: A monthly payment option does not necessarily mean a gift box is shipped every month. Delivery schedules depend on the subscription selected.

Can I give a subscription as a gift?

Yes. Our subscriptions can make meaningful gifts for family members, friends, godchildren, sponsors, parents, grandparents, and others you would like to encourage throughout the year.

Please review the individual subscription page to determine which experience is the best fit for your recipient.

When should I subscribe?

To receive an upcoming scheduled box, please refer to the ordering deadline shown on the applicable subscription page.

Orders placed after a seasonal cutoff may begin with the next scheduled delivery.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Cancellation terms depend on the subscription and payment arrangement selected. Please review the terms shown on the applicable subscription page before purchasing.

I changed this answer intentionally. Don’t keep the old blanket statement “You may cancel at any time” unless that is truly how your Shopify subscription contracts work. That’s something we should verify before publishing.

Ordering & Shipping

How long does it take to prepare a gift box?

Made-to-order and subscription gifts may require additional preparation time because they are thoughtfully curated and assembled for their intended purpose.

Current processing estimates are displayed with the applicable product or subscription whenever possible.

How long do regular shop orders take to ship?

Most ready-to-ship shop orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

During busy seasons, new collection launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take approximately 5–7 business days.

Made-to-order, personalized, custom, and subscription products may have different processing timelines.

Do you ship within the United States?

Yes. Grace & Mercy Delivered ships within the United States.

Do you offer international shipping?

International shipping may be available for eligible products and destinations. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout when available.

Recipients may also be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once an eligible order ships, tracking information will be provided with your shipping confirmation.

Gifting & Custom Orders

I’m not Catholic. Are these gifts still for me?

Absolutely. While our Catholic faith is at the heart of Grace & Mercy Delivered, many of our gifts are suitable for Christians of different traditions and for recipients seeking meaningful, inspirational gifts.

Where appropriate, we can also thoughtfully curate selections for non-Catholic Christian recipients. Please provide relevant preferences when ordering or submitting a custom request.

Do you offer custom gift boxes?

Yes. Custom gift requests are available for occasions, recipients, and intentions that may not be represented by an existing collection.

Do you offer custom devotional gifts?

Yes. We offer request options for select custom devotional items, including saint devotions, prayer cards and devotional art, special chaplets, Catholic home blessings, and keepsake shadow boxes.

Availability and customization options vary by request.

Do you offer parish, ministry, Catholic school, or bulk orders?

Yes. We welcome inquiries from parishes, ministries, Catholic schools, organizations, and groups.

Requests may include sacramental celebrations, Confirmation sponsor gifts, clergy or ministry appreciation, Catholic school staff gifts, retreats, OCIA groups, parish events, and other faith-centered gifting needs.
