Grace & Mercy Delivered LLC

This Purchase Option Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions and other recurring purchase options offered by Grace & Mercy Delivered.

Subscription Cancellations

Customers may cancel an active subscription to prevent future renewals or charges, subject to the terms of the subscription plan selected.

Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically cancel, refund, or reverse payments that have already been processed or products, gift credits, or subscription boxes that have already entered preparation or fulfillment.

Sacred Seasons Subscription

The Sacred Seasons Subscription includes scheduled boxes throughout the subscription year based on the Catholic liturgical calendar.

If a subscription is canceled, any box for which payment has already been processed and preparation or fulfillment has begun may still be fulfilled and may not be eligible for a refund.

Future recurring charges will stop according to the cancellation terms associated with the selected plan.

Grace & Mercy Gifting Collection Subscription

The Grace & Mercy Gifting Collection Subscription includes gift benefits or credits available according to the selected subscription plan.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges according to the terms of the selected plan. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for payments already processed.

Any unused gift credits, benefits, or redemption rights following cancellation are subject to the terms presented with the subscription at the time of purchase.

How to Cancel

Customers may manage or request cancellation of an eligible subscription through the subscription-management options provided with their account or by contacting Grace & Mercy Delivered for assistance.

Please submit cancellation requests before the next scheduled billing date whenever possible.

Refunds

Subscription payments that have already been processed are generally non-refundable once the applicable box, product, sourcing, or fulfillment process has begun, except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated in the applicable subscription terms.

Changes to Subscription Plans

Requests to change a subscription plan, payment option, recipient information, shipping address, or other subscription details should be submitted as early as possible.

Changes cannot be guaranteed after preparation, fulfillment, or billing for the applicable subscription period has begun.
